I came here with a couple of friends on a Saturday lunchtime, it was quite busy but we booked ahead and were seated pretty quickly. Due to it being lunchtime I'd only opted for a couple of starter plates - Asian Fried Chicken and some Beef & Bacon Croquettes - both were absolutely amazing! All the staff that came over and spoke us with perfect and couldn't be faulted. I would highly recommend Cozy Club and will definitely be back but for an evening visit to see how the atmosphere changes.

Came here for a family get together, place is nice and nice vibe. Food was nice too there was a asian buttermilk chicken starter but it was just fried chicken not much flavour too it nor sauce on it, but everything else was nice.

On the 24th of Feb me and my partner went for a romantic meal. And it really was one to remember! The manager, we definitely remembered your name, was lovely, funny and definitely deserves good karma! He made our experience the best date we’d ever been on, and we’d never laughed so much. Amazing customer service, incredible; mouth watering food, and a lovely environment! I’d recommend this place to absolutely everyone! Thank you for giving us a day to remember!

We recently visited Cosy Club Leicester for lunch, a venue we've enjoyed for brunch and lunch over the past couple of years. Unfortunately, this latest experience was a significant disappointment, primarily due to the poor service we encountered.
Upon arrival, we were shown to our table by a young hostess who seemed quite unfriendly. She seated us right in the middle of two large tables, which was not ideal for our family, especially with two hungry children. I asked my 7-year-old son to politely request if we could be moved to a different table. The hostess replied that all other tables needed cleaning. This response seemed reasonable at the time, but what happened next was quite surprising.
Just two minutes later, another family of four arrived, and they were offered a choice of where they would like to sit. This stark contrast in treatment left us feeling overlooked and undervalued. It seemed like our request was dismissed without much consideration, while others were given more flexibility. We decided to make the best of the situation and stay at our table.
The food at Cosy Club has always been a highlight, and this visit was no exception. The meals were fantastic, and everyone enjoyed their dishes. However, the excellent food was overshadowed by the subpar service. The waiting staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive to our needs.
One of the most frustrating moments was when we asked for the dessert menu. We requested it four times, but no one brought it to us. It was as if our requests were being ignored. This lack of attention to detail and care for customer satisfaction was disappointing.
To top off the poor service, there was an error with our bill. Initially, I was charged the wrong amount, and then the staff came back to inform me that they had actually charged me £20 less than intended. This confusion added to the overall sense of disorganization and incompetence.
Given the combination of rude service, inconsiderate seating, and billing errors, we have decided not to dine at Cosy Club Leicester again. It's unfortunate, as we have enjoyed our previous visits, but this experience was too disappointing to overlook. Hopefully, they will address these issues to improve their customer experience.

Sad to say the food has taken a down turn. My vegan burger was burnt and the new recipe is not a patch on the vegan burger they used to serve. My friend paid over £9 for the avocado on sourdough which was served on one smallish square of bread. It was not value for money and I have been going there for years. I don’t want to knock the staff but the overall owners need to better the quality of the food.

would have loved to give it 5 stars because service and food overall were great.
But.....portion sizes were tiny on 2 of the main courses, Sea bass and Spanish chicken. Burger meals were perfect, waitresses were lovely and I really love the decor.
Such a shame this can't b sorted out as it looks like many others have also mentioned portion sizes.

Nice atmosphere and indeed very cosy!
Shame that more classic drinks weren't priced appropriately and instead charged by the shot so would recommend sticking to one of the drinks on the menu next time.

Always liked the Cosy club for a drink and had food years ago which was nice.
Celebrating a 21st on a chilly Sunday evening and found staff not that welcoming inparticular bar tender with pony tail who wasn't interested in turning on radiator and had a rather pompous attitude tbh. A simple thankyou at the bar would be appreciated after paying too
Food was good but could have been larger portions for price. Alot on menu was out of stock too.
Wouldn't recommend to friends as friendlier venues in the city

The place might be cosy, but the food is mid.
Overpriced and some items are just not tasty at all. Skip the Christmas menu as you will be disappointed if you have any taste buds. Salman was as dry and unflavoured as imaginable. Didn't even get the dessert, even though payed for the Christmas menu which should include it. Better of getting something else or cooking home, it will be better quality, taste and value.
